2025 Gulf Coast Equality Fest

Vendor Application

• Regular vendors and food vendors will fill out the tan online application form below. 

​

• 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations are eligible to obtain vendor space at no charge, as long as they have a valid EIN number. To apply, these organizations must complete the purple online application form below.

​

• If you would like to submit your registration and vendor fee payment by mail using a check or money order, please click the button at the bottom of the page to obtain a printable version of the application.

​​By completing and submitting this vendor application, you,

as the vendor, acknowledge and agree to the following terms: ​​

• Vendor applications must be received by September 28, 2025.

​

• All vendor fees must be paid at the time of application submission; otherwise, your application will not be processed, and your space will not be secured.

​

• All vendor applications are subject to approval by Gulf Coast Equality Fest. You will receive an email confirmation once your application has been successfully processed.

​

• All vendors must comply with the event's established rules and policies. These guidelines can be located under Gulf Coast Equality Fest in the website menu.

​

• It is the responsibility of all vendors to obtain any necessary permits from the City of Biloxi, Harrison County, or the State of Mississippi. ​

​

• We will not be liable for any materials that are lost, damaged, or stolen due to weather conditions, natural events (such as fire or rain), or theft .                                                                                                                                                      

• To the maximum extent allowed by law, you (the vendor) agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gulf Coast Equality, Gulf Coast Equality Fest, Harrah's Gulf Coast, Scarlet Pearl Casino, the volunteers of Gulf Coast Equality Fest, entertainers, and any individuals acting on their behalf. This obligation encompasses all claims, actions, lawsuits, causes of action, or demands that arise from or are in any way related to the actions or omissions of you, your employees, directors, officials, agents, volunteers, or any individuals acting on your behalf.
