Gulf Coast Equality Fest is seeking volunteers for our event on October 25, 2025. We require assistance with setup, teardown, helping vendors with loading and unloading their merchandise, running errands, and providing general support throughout the festival area. Morning and afternoon shifts will be available, with the greatest need for help during the morning vendor check-in.
If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the application form below. All volunteers must sign an accident waiver and release of liability. Additionally, participants under eighteen will need a parent or guardian to sign a permission slip. Each volunteer will receive a Gulf Coast Equality Fest T-shirt.
